New Building
As of October 07, steel was up, concrete poured and some exterior cladding installed on the new, $15 million Alberta Regional Council Training and Administration building. Site services are essentially complete, and we are on track for completion of the 56,000 square foot project by the end of May of 2008.
The building will include more than 30,000 square feet of top-quality training space for scaffolding, carpentry, millwrighting other allied trades.
The building incorporates what is to date Alberta's largest geothermal heating and cooling system, involving more than 100 boreholes, each to a depth of 200 feet.
