Union Education

Our new-member orientations and evening and weekend courses equip members with clear awareness of the strengths and benefits of the union.

We encourage members to know more about being good union citizens.

When members learn all the benefits of union membership, they gain every possible opportunity for personal success in their jobs, and as union members. The more of us who succeed by being better members, the more the union as a whole succeeds. Our benefit becomes a collective benefit. Damage can be done when people make decisions that don’t take the health of the union into account. These decisions become collective damage.
